Margaret Sanger was a ‪#‎nurse‬ and the birth control movement leaders. She saw many impoverished women distressed their life for giving birth to many children, and some women died due to accept illegal abortions. She believed "children should come to this world with their parents' expectation. To give birth to a child without expectation, it may lead unhappiness for society". Sanger popularized the birth control, and founded a birth control clinic. In 1936, legalize contraception, the knowledge of contraception became a part of a school class in America in the next year.
